APKFlex operates as a platform that provides information and access to third-party content. We do not host any APK files directly on our servers. All content available through APKFlex is linked from external sources on the internet. To be effective, your notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

Please ensure all required information as listed above is included in your email to facilitate a prompt response. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

Our Response to DMCA Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA takedown notice, APKFlex will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
  • Take reasonable steps to notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Jurisdiction, e.g., the judicial district in which your address is located], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our discretion.
